Science is never settled. That's kinda the whole point of science. 

If it were absolute truth, it wouldn't be science, it would be religion instead.

Forcing it down someone's throat doesn't make it any easier to swallow.

The Noble Lie, or: a bad guy to hate

groupthink doesn't work without the bad guys to hate on, that's how you group people up. the group is so much easier to control than individuals, and once you have them hating, they aren't doing a whole lot of thinking. the entire social structure is based on inequality and war, you can't have people doing their own thinking, getting along and working together if you want to rule the world. and like all abusive manipulations, the trauma has to keep escalating in order to maintain the same level of control. here's where we're at and why it's only getting worse.

spiritual anarchy

authoritarian rule demands an absolute truth, an ultimate God from which to derive your power. without it, your laws are meaningless. why should anyone obey the word of somebody else's god? you must first beat them into submission if you want to rule. my personal spiritual/religious experiences don't jive with other people's religions. you don't get to tell me what to think, i've had these experiences that make it more real to me than any bible verse ever written. it is a subjective truth more meaningful than any objective doctrine ever possibly could be. to me, religion is a piss poor substitute for the real connection with what i would call divine for lack of any better way of describing it. in fact, i believe that religion was invented by those who sought the power to rule, to create a disconnect. because if your role is to decide, you can't be having people going around listening to their own conscience. and if your role is to wage war, you can't be having people going around deciding for themselves what to do..

"the common good" refers to that which is good for the state (as per plato's republic). the state is that which governs. but to be governed is the opposite of freedom. is that good?

the memory hole

it doesn't matter how you vote, they are going to do whatever they want anyway, voting is just how they blame us for it. and if you send them letters, no matter how well thought out and carefully crafted, what usually happens is they go down the memory hole (a la orwell) and if you do actually get a response, it is only to tell you how wrong you are.

this is why i started blogging, and why i have never allowed ads on my blog(s) nor taken any money in exchange for my opinion. my voice was not being heard, but not due to a lack of me trying.

and when posts to my own personal blog started going down that same memory hole that swallowed my letters to congressmen and comments on news websites, i just started more blogs, and copy/pasted my words in several different places, for safekeeping. the old ways of creating public opinion don't work anymore.  the internet has leveled the playing field.  and if nobody else reads my blogs, the spooks whose job it is to shut people like me up do, and my voice is not silent.  so fuck ya

too many emotional triggers, brain not functioning... if you want to end violence against women (any kind of violence) you have to change how people see women. you fight the media that presents women as objects and creates the public opinion that makes it okay, not the victims of that brainwash. shaming them won't solve a thing.
